    Conventional chicken, once processed, is dipped into water baths with chlorine to cool the chicken. However, Mary's Chicken is air-chilled, meaning the chicken never absorbs any water or chlorine. If you've never tried air-chilled chicken, then you've really never tasted what chicken naturally tastes like.

They follow the Alaska Department of Fish and Game laws to prevent overfishing of salmon. The past few years have had record-breaking Sockeye salmon-runs due to the sustainability of Alaskan fishing policies.
